Work Smart, Work Hard, Know Your Numbers

January 3, 2022 marks the beginning Real People USA will work with several Republican candidates to help them cross the finish line in their primary and general elections.

The top challenge for candidates is all do not know their vote counts now, on January 1, 2022, nor do candidates know how many votes to expect during primary and general elections.

Maybe I'm from another planet but if I were running for office, or doing anything where numbers need to be known, I would would develop some type of system track my numbers.

Well, I'm not from another planet. The attention to detail comes from working as a sales executive and sales VP where my job was to know my numbers.

To know how many people would vote for you today, January 1, 2022, is the launchpad to determine how much work needs to be done to connect and secure, for example, 40% of total voters in your district or state.

Fortunately, there are formulas to calculate how much work needs to be done to win based on where candidates are on January 1, February 1, and/or March 1.

One of the formulas is below which allows you to calculate what future number you will have based on the putting in consistent work with an estimated growth rate.

The equation, by itself, is useless without a strategy to grow the voter and fundraising numbers.

The best strategy begins with collecting names, emails and numbers of people who favor your candidacy (PV). Then, you can put enough consistent effort in your campaign using a growth rate to reach your final number (FV).

The clock is ticking. It does not make sense to campaign for political office and not know your numbers.

Happy New Year!
